Vehicles are inspected at both pickup and delivery by the carrier.
The condition of the vehicle is documented on the Bill of Lading (BOL). Customers must review the inspection carefully before signing.
Any new damage must be documented on the Bill of Lading at the time of delivery.
Spring Auto Trans LLC acts solely as a broker and is not responsible for damages caused during transportation.
The motor carrier transporting the vehicle is responsible for maintaining cargo insurance coverage.
Customers agree that claims related to vehicle damage must be filed directly with the carrier that transported the vehicle.
